Below you will find the steps of our Passionate Loan Process followed by our Mortgage Review Questionnaire. Once you complete this, Troy can begin researching the best available loan programs custom-tailored for YOU.

The Passionate Loan Process:

  • Step 01:  You complete the Questionnaire below.
  • Step 02:  We contact you to review your Questionnaire and order your credit report.
  • Step 03:  We meet and determine loan structure based on your financial goals and needs.
  • Step 04:  We Prepare your written Mortgage Plan and your Application is signed and returned with supporting documents.
  • Step 05:  We order Appraisal, Title, and Insurance.
  • Step 06:  We submit the complete file to an underwriter for final approval.
  • Step 07:  Final conditions are satisfied and Final Approval is issued!
  • Step 08:  Closing documents are sent to the Escrow company, and we send you a copy of the final Settlement Statement to review.
  • Step 09:  CONGRATULATIONS!
    You obtain funds and go to closing to begin your new loan.
  • Step 10:  We stay in touch and our Client For Life philosophy begins where debt becomes wealth!!
